  • We may suspend or terminate access if a key is misused, shared beyond plan scope, or if tampering is detected.

5) Purchases, Billing, Taxes, Refunds

  • Prices, features, and limits may change. Taxes are additional unless stated.
  • Payments are processed by our payment providers/marketplaces; their terms apply.
  • Subscriptions renew per the plan unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy or marketplace rules.

6) Marketplace & Partners

When you buy via third-party marketplaces or app stores, their terms, billing cycles, and refund processes apply in addition to these Terms.

7) Affiliate Disclosure

8) User Content & Comments

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the competent courts in India. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
