This policy applies to all digital products, software licenses, subscriptions, support plans, and custom development services provided by LISLIP PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1) All Sales Final for Digital Items
Digital products cannot be returned once delivered, downloaded, accessed, activated, or licensed. No returns and no refunds are provided for digital items.
2) Subscriptions
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- Access continues until the end of the current paid term.
- No pro-rata or partial refunds for unused time.
3) Custom/Enterprise Work
- Custom builds, integrations, or services are non-refundable.
- Milestones, change orders, and deliverables are governed by the applicable Statement of Work or Order Form.
4) Duplicates, Billing Errors, Unauthorized Charges
- If you were charged twice for the same order, contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will verify and, at our discretion, credit or refund the duplicate charge.
- For suspected unauthorized transactions, contact your payment provider and contact_us@lislip.com. We may suspend related licenses during investigation.
5) Access or Download Issues
- If you cannot access or download a purchased item, contact support@lislip.com within 7 days of purchase for re-delivery or technical assistance.
- Remedies are limited to re-provisioning access, replacement download, or support. Refunds are not offered.
6) Trials, Demos, and Information Availability
Where offered, use trials/demos and documentation to evaluate suitability before purchase. Purchases made without using available evaluation options remain non-refundable.
7) Taxes, Fees, Currency
Taxes, fees, and currency conversion charges are collected where applicable and are non-refundable except where required by law or the payment provider’s rules.
8) Marketplace Purchases
If you purchased via a third-party marketplace/app store, that marketplace’s refund policy applies. Please contact the marketplace directly. We cannot override a marketplace decision.
9) Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback may result in license revocation and account suspension. We reserve the right to contest unfounded chargebacks with order, access, and activation records.
10) No Cooling-Off After Digital Delivery (Where Permitted)
By requesting immediate digital delivery/activation, you acknowledge performance begins promptly and, where permitted by local law, you waive any withdrawal or cooling-off right after delivery/activation.
11) Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer laws. If a law in your jurisdiction requires a refund or specific remedy, we will comply with that law.
